I feel food is a way to tell a story and it changes with each new chapter. Based in North Devon I have great access to some of the best locally sourced ingredients. In my cooking I love to combine a combination of classic and modern dishes.
When it comes to food, I take different aspects of different cultures and fuse them to make your beautiful and delicious dish. If I had to really say where my specialty and passion lies….its desserts! We all just love an amazing dessert don’t we!
